About Us
The Minnesota Safety Council is a private,
not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to preventing unintentional injuries at work, on the road,
at home and at play. Founded in 1928, the safety council is a chapter of the National Safety Council.
AAA Clubs of Minnesota
AAA offers automotive, travel, insurance and financial services to more
than 49 million members in the United States and Canada. AAA Minnesota/Iowa is part of The Auto Club Group,
with 4.1 million members in eight Midwest states. AAA Minneapolis serves nearly 181,000 members in Hennepin
County. AAA was formed more than 100 years ago to work for better roads and safer transportation.
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety
The mission of the Office of Traffic Safety is to reduce the number and severity of traffic crashes in
Minnesota. Our efforts focus on changing people's behaviors as they use our roadways.
Safe Kids Minnesota
Safe Kids Minnesota, led by the Minnesota Safety Council since 1988, is part of Safe Kids Worldwide – a global network of organizations with a mission to prevent unintentional childhood injury, the leading cause of death and disability to children ages 1-19.
